Fire Station #1
12,000 s.f. Fire Station and adjacent City Park. The successful bid reflected very favorable bidding conditions with total project related Change Orders amounted to 2.45%, an extremely low percentage in a publicly bid project.
Centennial Plaza
3,667 square foot historic reconstruction and Public Plaza. A replica of the 19th century Southern Pacific Railroad depot No. 18 that served as Mountain View’s train station until the 1950’s, the Victorian style depot serves the commuter of the future while recalling the city’s historic link to the past.
Performing Arts
New addition to Center for Performing Arts for outdoor Park Stage performances.
Municipal Operations Center
Extensive remodeling and seismic upgrade of three buildings totaling 16,440 s.f. (Phase I), and the construction of a new 17,500 s.f. Administration building (Phase II).
