From the outset the overall Project goal was to develop an aesthetically pleasing, functionally responsive contemporary Medical Office Building that would meet strict initial construction budget demands while also minimizing ongoing maintenance and operations costs. HPS worked closely with MEP Engineers, Integral Group, to develop this LEED Platinum and LEED Zero Energy certified Facility.
